Dallas Summer Musicals Group Policies and Procedures
- Orders placed more than three weeks prior to the performance must be accompanied by a minimum 50% deposit.
- Orders placed LESS than three weeks prior to the performance must be accompanied by full payment. Tickets cannot be printed until full payment is received.
You may add to your order up to 72 hours prior to the performance.
Payment must be made by one credit card or one check made payable to Dallas Summer Musicals.
You may also pay in cash at Music Hall at Fair Park Box Office only.
DSM does not accept school purchase orders. An additional handling charge will be added for each additional payment.
You may cancel all or part of your order within two weeks of originally ordering the tickets without penalty. You may cancel up to half of your order up to three weeks prior to the show with a $2.00 per ticket cancellation fee. If your group number drops below the minimum, the result will be higher ticket prices. Less than 3 weeks before the show, there are absolutely NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
Before tickets are printed, we must receive your signed contract and the tickets must be paid in full. Your tickets will be sent by mail two to three weeks before the performance. If time does not permit mailing the tickets, they will be held at the Will Call Window at the Music Hall at Fair Park and they must be picked up for the entire group by a designated group leader.
Tickets can be reprinted but must be picked up at the Will Call window at the Music Hall at Fair Park on the day of the performance. Once a ticket is re-printed with a new bar code the original ticket will be voided for use to enter the theatre.
- By entering into this agreement, you represent and warrant that the tickets you receive will not be resold to individuals above the face value, unless you meet all of the following conditions: (i) you are a tour operator, authorized concierge service company, travel agent or other authorized wholesale travel industry partner that (ii) packages the tickets with hotel reservations, transportation arrangements or other travel amenities, and (iii) such package shall include substantial value to each individual purchaser above and beyond the rights and access provided by the ticket to the event. Broadway Across America reserves the right to refuse service to any entity that resells any subject tickets for profit in the secondary marketplace. If Broadway Across America discovers that tickets sold as part of a group order have been resold individually at a profit or otherwise in violation of with the conditions described above, Broadway Across America reserves the right to revoke group benefits at any time including but not limited to group discounts, payment plans, complimentary ticket policies and priority seating privileges. The contents of this Paragraph shall not be deemed as waiving or limiting any rights or remedies which Broadway Across America, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates may have, all of which rights and remedies are hereby specifically reserved.
