Due to Dallas County’s order to cancel or postpone gatherings over 500 until March 19, 2020, and out of an abundance of caution, all remaining performances of Come From Away through March 22, 2020 have been postponed. If you are a Ticket Holder, please hold onto your tickets while we work to reschedule Come From Away in Dallas. We will be back in touch as soon as possible with an update on the status of this engagement. At this time, all future engagements are planned to go on as scheduled. We are navigating an unprecedented situation in real time, and ask for your patience. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates on our website and Facebook page as this situation evolves to ensure the health and well-being of our audience, staff, cast and crew before anything else.
The City of Dallas has issued an order to cancel or ban gatherings over 500 until April 29, 2020. We are working with the show’s producers to reschedule the upcoming performances of RENT, originally scheduled April 14-19, 2020. Please hold on to your tickets while we work on new dates for RENT in Dallas. We will be in touch as soon as possible with an update on the status of this show.
Please rest assured, if we are unable to find a new date for RENT and must cancel this engagement, ticket holders will be notified and offered credits, exchanges and refunds. We will notify you via email and will also post any updates at DallasSummerMusicals.org and on our social media channels.
Thank you for your support and patience as we continue to navigate this unprecedented situation. In uncertain times, it is art that we turn to for escapism, joy, and comfort. We are looking forward to welcoming you back into the theatre in the very near future. When that day arrives, and this intermission comes to an end, the thrill that live theatre brings will feel more special than ever before.
